Link Partnership is the popular name for Taunton East Development Trust Ltd, a registered charity (number 1104083). It was formed in 2002 with help from Taunton Deane Borough Council including the provision of accommodation at 123 Outer Circle, Halcon, Taunton, TA1 2DE. The charity is grateful to them for their continued support as well as help from other organisations over the years. The objects of the charity are:- 1 To promote general charitable activities for the benefit of the community of Taunton East (the Lane, Lambrook and Halcon Estates) and to provide relief from financial hardship and social and/or economic disadvantage and to advance the education of its residents of all ages; and in particular to provide opportunities for residents to participate fully in the life of their community in ways which address and alleviate social and economic disadvantage. 2 The promotion for the public benefit of urban regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation (within the Lane, Lambrook and Halcon Estates).
