The restaurant features only the very best of fresh, local and seasonal produce. Beef and lamb is sourced from local farms; the pork is free-range and from Wellington (4.8 km/3 miles north-west of Taunton); the fish is delivered daily from Brixham and the cheeses are local.

Ideally located for visiting numerous attractions, including Barrington Court, Forde Abbey, Montacute House, Hestercombe Gardens and the West Somerset Railway. Wells Cathedral, Cheddar Gorge, Longleat Safari Park and the cities of Exeter and Bristol are easily accessible. The hotel is within easy reach of Taunton, Ilminster, Chard and Yeovil.

By Car: - Take the M5 motorway, junction 25, and join the A358 road towards Chard and Ilminster. - Go through Henlade and travel for approximately one mile, then turn left when signposted for Hatch Beauchamp. - From the A303 road, at Ilminster, take the A358 road to Taunton and the M5 motorway. Travel for approximately 5 miles and turn right when signposted for Hatch Beauchamp.
