A 4-star award-winning boutique hotel, the Belfry is an historical old school building. There is high-quality dining. Unique bedrooms have L'Occitane toiletries and original features, such as old stained-glass windows. The Belfry Restaurant and Rooms is run by friendly husband and wife, Neil and Sarah-Jane. On arrival, guests are offered a free pot of tea or coffee, with ginger cake. Guests can enjoy the selection of books and music. The small but popular restaurant at The Belfry serves fresh dishes, using quality local ingredients. The creative menu includes fresh seafood, and coeliac and gluten-free diets can be catered for. Breakfast includes homemade muesli, jam and preserves, as well as local smoked fish and award-winning sausages. The Belfry also caters for gluten-free diets, with meals available at breakfast and dinner. The Belfry is opposite The Yarcombe Inn, a 14th-century pub. Yarcombe is within the beautiful Blackdown Hills area, 1 mile from the A303 road and close to the Jurassic Coast.

The restaurant is by advance reservation only and meals should be requested 24 hours in advance. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. Please advise the property if you have any special dietary requirements, which can be noted in the Comments Box when booking.
